It’s no secret that I love pie. For me it’s the ultimate dessert – and I love making pie just as much as I love eating it. Maybe even more so. Ok that’s not true…but I really like making it. The best part is that ti’s superbly simple – but sometimes it can be tricky to get something so simple just right.
This is my go-to pie crust recipe. It’s easy to make, freezes well for make-ahead ease, and because it’s made with all butter -it’s freaking delicious. The method list may look long, but that’s just because I’ve tried to fit in every tidbit and tip I could think of so you can make a great pie crust (maybe for your Thanksgiving pies this week)!
